How much is it to buy Mini Coyote?

The price is £185.00 (including VAT) which now includes 12 months UK subscription.  You can upgrade your subscription to include European coverage for £50 including VAT by contacting Coyote Customer Service at info@coyotesystems.co.uk.

 

How much is the renewal subscription for my Mini Coyote?

12 months subscription with UK coverage is £89.00 (including VAT)

12 months subscription with UK and European coverage is £119.00 (including VAT)

 

 

 

 

 

How do I know how much time is remaining on my subscription?

 

There are 2 ways:

You can go into the main menu on your Mini Coyote, under the heading ‘coyote’ and then ‘subscription info’; this will show the expiry date of your subscription.

OR

Log into ‘your space’ on www.coyotesystems.co.uk and click into ‘subscription info’. 

 

 

 

 

Do you tell me when I’m near the end of my subscription?

Yes, we send messages to your Coyote device. One a day is sent a month before your subscription is due to expire until the day it actually expires. Then a different message is sent every day after the subscription actually expires. We will also send a reminder letter to you, if we have your correspondence address.

 

 

 

 

How can I renew my subscription?

You can visit www.coyotesystems.co.uk and log into your account. Then simply choose the option to purchase Coyote Subscription. 

 

 

 

 

What happens if I have no subscription on my device?

If your Coyote subscription has expired then your device will not receive updates and information in real time. Consequently the information you see will not be accurate or up-to-date. After 45 days the device will cease to function.  If you want to reactivate your device after that point, please contact Customer Services as there is a reactivation charge.
